We are proud to recognize Jake Steele as DSI’s Best Performer for 2025.

Jake exemplifies dedication, innovation, and teamwork. As ECI Regional Manager, he successfully led the new ONGC tender and drove momentum for Split Flow technology in his region, where the majority of applications were executed.
His initiative extended beyond his own portfolio as he volunteered to train the global BDM team on effectively presenting this key DSI differentiator to clients.
Since his presentation, Split Flow applications have gained traction worldwide, including in geothermal projects.
Jake also co-authored a SPE paper presented at a European conference, further showcasing his technical and collaborative excellence.

Jake’s performance and leadership make him an outstanding example for the entire BDM team.
