DSI Booster Tool in Split Flow Mode Helps Customer in Europe
113 Hours on a deep geothermal well
An operator in Poland needed to complete a deep geothermal well, but experienced issues with the formation washing out
and eroding. After recommendation from DSI to use the Booster tool, the Tool helped split the flow rate to the bit (67%) while
diverting 33% to the Booster Tool. This helped reduce erosion issues and allowed the customer to drill 113 hours, during which 46m was drilled to reach a depth of 6000m.
