2. Advantages of the PBL Auto Lock Bypass System:

A) Fill Pipe
B) Drain Pipe
C) Equalize or reverse circulate for controlling fluid densities
D) Shocking the pipe to remove scale or debris in the Drill String

To Shock the Pipe:

By locking the tool open and dropping one Steel Deactiviation Ball, the system will pressure up and shear the Locking Ball. This has the effect of shocking the pipe, and all the debris will exit out of the Port. Drop the second Steel Deactiviation Ball to reset tool and resume drilling.
